I really love your books! Which bookshops can you find The Queens Lady and the Rogues Princess in? I'm a huge fan and have read them but would really like to buy them so I can keep them with me forever!
HI Are you in the UK? If so you can ask your local shop to get you a copy if they don't have them on the shelf. Or buy them through the link on homepage.

PS pleaseeeeee can you ask whoever you need to ask to make your books into films? It would be amazing but don't make Alex Pettyfer as Will, he's gorgeous but I can't imagine him as Will :/ just a thought xxx

Hey, Eve. Just wanted to send you a quick message asking are you going to write Tobias's story? And when? I'd love it if you could write Sarah's too, then all the members of the Lacey family would have their own story. Plus, it would be great to see how the previous stories carry on eg) in the Rogue's Princess you see Jane and James happily married and expecting a baby. I love the part in that book when Will and Tobias are playing tennis - I think that really shows the brotherly banter and I laughed out loud when you wrote 'Wilkins jammed his fist in his mouth earnestly, wondering why his Father and Uncle were firing missiles at each other.' Cute! I'm really glad you decided to become an author as I've read and reread the Lacey Chronicles goodness knows how many times! I never get bored and I have a secret wish that I would have loved to have lived in those times - the dresses, the hair, the houses... I'd love it! But I suppose it would only be fun if you had a family like the Laceys because the brothers are the best. They're so loyal to one another yet they bicker and argue so often, especially in the first when Tobias wanted that horse! And when it was Kit's wedding day and he asked his brothers 'how do I look?' and James replied with a shrug and 'you're dressed.' I couldn't help smiling! Thankyou so much for writing these books and I hope you'll write at least a couple more (Tobias and Sarah's story) before calling it a day with the Lacey family. Your books hold the number one place on my bookshelf and I look forward to finding out what happens next - I can't imagine what Tobias's story will be! He's so reckless and I can't imagine him getting married but I'd love it if he does. Oh dear, I said a 'quick message' at the start didn't I? Sorry, I get carried away a bit sometimes, especially if I'm talking about the Lacey Chronicles! Thankyou for reading this essay ;), Your most avid reader and biggest fan, Amy xxx
Dear Amy Thank you for your lovely message. Just at the moment I am working on an Edwardian two-parter but might return to the Laceys if the publishers allow. I'm saving the Spanish Armada for Tobias.

Dear Eve, I am a huge fan of your books! I adore the Lacey books. My favorite is The other countess! I have read and re read all of your books about a 1000 times, and every time I have enjoyed it just as much as the first. I want to be an author when I am older and would love my books to be as good as yours! I heard that you also wrote Finding Sky and Stealing Phoenix under the pen name Joss Stirling, and I wanted to tell you I love them as well. I can find nothing to fault in any of your books they are all perfect! Please tell me you're going to write more!!! From Clare x
I am writing more in another time period but hope to get the chance to tell Tobias' story if the publishers back the idea.

Dear Eve, Hi, I'm Deb and I want your masterpieces on my website. Please say YES! Since I was a teenager I've wanted to be an author of romance books and own a bookstore. Now I'm an author and working on the bookstore. But it can't happen without YOU. I am looking for New and Self Published Authors. We are looking for Authors who write: Romance, Erotica, Sci Fi, Suspense, Horror, and Paranormal; just because it’s not listed doesn’t mean I won’t be interested. With the help of friends I've started an eBook site but as I said it needs your help. I would very much like to offer your works on the site I'm developing. I think it would be a good fit for both of us. I'm not trying to make a lot of money. I'm just trying to realize my dream. I hope you can help make that happen. I'd like you to take a look and I hope I can count you in. Please get back to me if you have any questions. You can email me or call. I would love to talk to you. Your friend in pen, Deb Cole 231-414-1303 service@eroticescapesebooks.com www.eroticescapesebooks.com
Hi Deb, I'm not self published so you would need to ask my publisher for this. Eve

Dear Ms. Edwards Hello my name is Karen I am 12 years old and I live in England.I would have loved to be Sarah Lacy. I love her charecter and I love how she expreces herself. I find she has a sharp tung just like me but always knows how to avoid the consequences but she is good at haert, well that is how I would desceibe her. What i love about her is that she can always liven up the place. LIke myself she also dosn't realy understand when to stop talking and also when things are private. We may not be exactly the same but I think we are simular. I offen wish that I could live in the tudor era there may be down sides but I rather like the Idea of getting away from all this technoligy. Electricity is an advantige that now everyone has exsept those in poor country's. but I also find that those times were simpler and I prefeer simpplicity over most ofcorse there was a differsnce between the respect ( boy's were respected more than girls) but with my tempre and thurst for knowledge i doubt it would keep me down for long.

Hi Ms.Edwards! I was wondering if you were planning on making a book trailer for the Rogue's Princess and why are the book trailers for the U.S different from those for the U.K and Ireland? Also, please write about Tobias! Thank you for your time! Aoife
Hi Aoife I will when I have a cover - the UK version does not have a face so I can't make one until I get the US version. The different covers is also the answer to why they are different. I'd love to write about Tobias but have to wait for a contract and that depends on how the sales go. Eve

Hello Eve, Just finished The Other Countess to review in The Historical Novelists REview and wanted to tell you how very much I enjoyed it! A bang-up job! Congratulations and I look forward to the next one. My debut, AT THE MERCY OF THE QUEEN, is released in the States in early January. It's nice to meet another writer with the same obsessions! All Best, Anne
Thank you Anne. I hope to get a chance to read your book - will it come to the UK? Best wishes for the launch. Eve

Hi! Well I just wanted to say that I absolutely adore the Lacey chronicles and that I bought the second and third yesterday and finished them today, as emersed as I was reading them (pff, french test tomorrow, who cares when you have Mercy/Millie/Jane/Diego/James/Kit to read about)! I am very excited to hear that you are writing a fourth - is it about Tobias? Or Ann? Or someone else? I'm just a LITTLE impatient, sorry. I just wanted to drop this note and thank you so very, very much for giving me - and a lot of others - the opportunity to read amazing works of art! I am in love with all the characters each time I read the books, female and male, and I really appreciate you putting in so much effort to give us something that perfect! Anyway, thank you for the absolutely flawless books and reading this message!
HI I hope there will be a fourth but nothing either way has been decided as yet. I'm working on a two part piece for 2013 at the moment. Eve

Dear Ms Edwards, My name is Clare and I am a huge fan of all of your books! I have read all 3 of your books and Finding Sky and I have almost finished Stealing Phoenix. I think all of your books are amazing and I hope you one day be able to write a story at least half as good as yours - I hope to be an author when I am older like you! I would love any advice you can give me, and I also was wondering if there is going to be another book after Stealing Phoenix and The Rogues Princess? You have wrote some of the best books I am ever read!! Thank you for taking the time to read this, from Clare. :)
Hi Clare Yes, there will be for both. Keep an eye on the sites and I'll put up publishing dates when I know them. Eve

Hi Ms.Edwards, I Love your books! I just wanted to ask a quick question: Why do your books have 2 different covers? Is there a difference in the story or is it just the covers? Thanks for reading and please type back. :D
Hi Where are you from? There is a UK cover and an US cover (first difference) then there is two versions in the UK of the first cover (the first one was a softer picture, they rejacketed to make it brighter). The simple answer is the books are the same inside bar the American spellings. Eve
